MAGNUM tyre balancing compound comes in an INSERT ® bag that can be placed inside a new tyre before it is mounted on the rim. Alternatively it can be added to a mounted tyre by simply breaking a bead and pouring it in.

Step by Step Guide : How to Install

To add MAGNUM to unmounted tyre, place INSERT ® bag in tyre prior to fitting on rim, then fit tyre as you normally would using provided filtered valve core. INSERT ® bag will break open soon after driving allowing MAGNUM to balance the tyre.

To add MAGNUM to mounted tyres, including mechanically beadlocked rims...

(Choose a wind free area.)

1. Remove wheel from vehicle

2. Remove valve to fully deflate tyre

3. Break either bead using suitable tools

4. Clean foreign bodies from bead area with rag

5. Fold instruction sheet along line to make spout

6. Apply downward pressure on tyre to create a gap and pour MAGNUM into tyre using spout

7. Install filtered valve core and re-inflate tyre using dry air keeping valve at the top

8. Replace wheel on vehicle

9. Repeat process for all wheels

• To add MAGNUM to a tyre with an internal bead-locking system, place INSERT ® bag in tyre prior to fitting wheel, then follow internal bead-lock fitting instructions. INSERT ® bag will break open soon after driving allowing MAGNUM to balance the tyre.

For tyres already fitted with an internal bead-locking system, deflate both air systems, break bead and create a gap to pour in MAGNUM, making sure it stays between the beadlock case and tyre.
